Palos Community Hospital: "Went to Palos Northwestern ER yesterday!
I have been there many times to ER
And ALWAYS well taken care of.
The waiting time is much better
Than the downtown NW ER
All our doctors are at the downtown
Hospital and we can't say enough
Nice things about all of them...
The best care.
However we go to Palos ER Northwestern
Because we don't wait long.and have had
Great care there.
I have been there often for different
Reasons and very happy with the care
My husband was there yesterday and
Dr Jihun do Lee took care of him!
As usual...great care.
It was busy but we were treated well
And with respect.
For us...the Palos ER has worked out well.

Palos Community Hospital: "Ridiculous. Longest patient waiting for over 3 hours but not called 4 hours later from the Emergency Department. Service here is awful now. Never again" - Charlene

Palos Community Hospital: "Just returned from ER and never got to see a doctor. Waited 9 hours in the waiting room and was told a number of times that my wife was 3rd to be called. After seeing ten other patients taken in we gave up. We will never go to that ER again." - James

Palos Community Hospital: "Been in the ER for more than 6 hrs with my 80 yr old mother with new onset of AMS and extreme fatigue and have been told by RN multiple times to expect more than a 12 hr wait because those in the waiting room come first. " - Jack

Palos Community Hospital: "Been waiting 10.5 hours... TEN and 1 Half hours..Post Kindey transplant patient.. seeking blood work and other labs with pain in the transplanted kidney area.. blood work has been done for 8 hours as has a urinalysis..I can not get anyone to discuss the results.. I find this unacceptable.. " - Thomas

Palos Community Hospital: "Been waiting 5 1/2 hours and doesn’t look like we will be seen anytime soon. Room has about 20 persons waiting. Palos Hospitsl should be more honest and tell people that can’t help them and somewhere else. " - Don
