Palomar Health Downtown Campus: "I'm followed everywhere I go. The wait time is long, and I want to sit outside and write. all I'm doing is sitting on a bench, eating popcorn writing in my notebook minding my own business. I really need to see the doctor really really bad. But I really feel like just getting my stuff and leaving . At this moment, I feel like going home weather dangerous or not. I keep getting told but I'm sitting in the wrong spot, and so I follow and I go sit in that spot or area they told me was okay, and then finally just now I saw a security guard and I tried to ask if this was the right spot to sit am I going to be all right sitting here I just want to write while I wait. And he was very rude and he said he didn't know and when he passed by again he was talking in profanities not towards me but towards the door and I'm just uncomfortable." - Dani

Palomar Health Downtown Campus: "Hi my name is Ashley adams,

I’ve been to Palomar ER 5 times in the last year with no resolution or solution for my constant nausea and pain. It has just been discovered by a retinal specialist that I have life threatening but treatable neurological disease. The sooner I get treatment the better my chances of not having permanent eye damage or any other underlining symptoms we don’t know about yet cuz of lack of treatment for the last year+. I was told to wait for a call stating a bed is now available. as I lay here literally dying just hoping no one forgot to call me to tell me a bed is available and to come in for treatment. I’m scared and I’ve never been so sick then this last year and I’m still learning how to navigate/ advocating for my health.
Please call and help me

Palomar Health Downtown Campus: "Long times and terrible care from physician told me take three Excedrin and it will be better in three days. Then I proceeded to repeat what I told her earlier and said this has been going out with three weeks and I am taking Excedrin every single day. She already had this truck papers in her hand and was not gonna hear anymore. Feels like you are jus a number there." - Cristian
