Overlook Hospital: "This hospital is Horrible!! I came here because I was in pain and having trouble breathing. I waited 3.5 hours to be seen.I watched as the staff cherry picked who would get the available rooms. Five people came in after me and where seen before me. Mind you I was having problems breathing. It wasn't until I was fed up and spoke up that suddenly a room was available for me. People were leaving because they were tried of waiting. I hope no one went home and died smh." - Ms

Overlook Hospital: "Son was experiencing appendicitis symptoms and in pain. Walt time was over 2 hours. Staff didn't seem too concerned when ee asked if he could be seen. Very disappointing service for an emergency room. The wait times are too long and the staff uncaring. So I have to sit and watch my son in pain and wait and wait. " - MC
