Overlake Hospital Medical Center: "This is taking SOOO long! We are waiting in a hallway in er, in a chair, and can hear everyone else’s medical information- personal stuff we don’t want to hear. This is something I expected in NYC, not Bellevue." - Cat

Overlake Hospital Medical Center: "Nurse Marie in the ER on 6/28/2023 around 1 PM was rude and dismissive. Not personal or inviting or welcoming. Her attitude was negative using words like "disgusting" when personal ER stories were shared. She should hold her tongue as you never know what people are going through in an ER. The patient did not need to experience her reaction when it had nothing to do with her at all. She was overhearing a story. Very unprofessional and condescending!" - Francis
