Oroville Hospital: "My husband had a surgeon who, because he never looked at the x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan or MRI, the doctor removed the healthy kidney and not the one with the cancer. He received substandard care while there." - Lynn

Oroville Hospital: "So my niece went to the er with several symptoms. Diarrhea vomit chest pain, vertigo etc.. I couldn't get ahold of her and due too poor cell signal I figured she had been on her way home. But then I found out she was still there. It had been 10hrs. Now I understand there's priority patients but I doubt there were that many serious patients that came in to make her wait 10 hrs. I came in raised a fuss and told them I was a paramedic for several years and asked for the e r patient director. Then she was seen next. Why did I have to drive 1.5hrs and talk to the nurse just so she would be seen. 10bhrs and still waiting now that she went to the back. We will see how long she is back there" - Tiffani
