Ohio Valley General Hospital: "ER staff were so unbelievably unprofessional with complete lack of compassion - nor explaining Covid restrictions telling us we should have read notification on the door. Refusing to let wife back. Refusing to give her name and threatening to call security. Yelling in waiting room while other patients pulled up WPXI snd said we should call the news. There were 4 people in the waiting room other local hospitals had 35 plus patients. Now our family knows why - what has happened to our local hospital. If Covid is too much the girls should take off rather than add to patient family stress. So disappointing. So unprofessional !! Simply talking kind help with mental stress. This should have been taught in nursing 101. It is time for staff continuing development education. What a disrespect for their supervisors - no regard for authority or accountability. Shame shame " - Sea
