O U Medical Center: "My comment is ou medical center doesn't do very well on the phone listening to the recording like a waste of time, talking about the operators they either can't spell or they can't hear but they can hang up on the person trying to get information on a patient sitting in the er waiting for a room for over 12hrs what service I imagine they expect to be paid for it sitting in the emergency room waiting for the room, I've seen enough to make myself never ever be taken to ou medical center I've got better opinions then a failing business " - Edward

O U Medical Center: "This is my wife's 2nd visit to OU Medical where she was required to stay at least 1 overnight. In both cases, these were scheduled surgeries but there were no rooms available so she is parked in PACU for hours on end. Today, she has been in PACU for 4 hours and counting. We were told 1 hour max. I've been waiting here all day and nobody calls with updates. I have to call and get transferred to several stations just to speak with anyone on her 'team' who knows anything. You would think that a scheduled surgery would include a scheduled bed. That has not been the case for either surgery." - Richard
