Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "Arrived ER 4am. Now 730am. Two patients been here longer than I have been. No movememt by hospital staff. Statement made only 1 provider on overnight shifts. Beyond poor health care service" - Terry

F F Thompson Hospital: "Don't come here unless you want a horrible experience with inexperienced doctors/NPs. They'll misdiagnose you or claim you're fine without ever checking the issue that brought you in. The NP flat out admitted they lacked the ability to conduct an ultrasound which is simply ludicrous to hear from a hospital staff memeber. Either he felt no issue lying to me or there are grave concerns about the education of their staff members. " - Nathan

Vassar Brothers Medical Center: "I waited for emergency care last night on 9/15/2023 from 6:30 PM to 12 AM. They did perform blood tests, but no doctor or assistant, or anybody came to talk to me about the results for 5-1/2 hours. I complained at the front desk, and they said a doctor will come out to talk to me, but NO ONE came out. I went to the front desk again and they told me once again a doctor will come out...no one came out. The Patient Representative said she couldn't do anything. I just couldn't wait any longer. As was leaving a couple told me they were waiting 7 hours and also had no alternative but to leave. Vasser did do blood tests and a chest xray, but I never saw results from the Xray. I wonder if Vasser will charge Medicare for a doctor consult visit?
This terrible quality of NO CARE, no representative, no contact should be against the NYS Board of Health rules, and against any hospital policy." - Joel

Kaleida Health: "Arrived 8/23/23 at 8pm. It is now 2:26am and I am still waiting to be seen in the ER. Had x-ray blood work and chest x ray quickly but now I am waiting.
Difficult to sit with abdominal mail pain." - Margaret

Saratoga Hospital: "8/16/2023 I waited 6 hours before I finally gave up. Was there to be evaluated for a possible MRSA infection. Was clearly triaged to be one of the last to be seen. But worse were those who waited 7 or 8 hours before giving up. The man doing triage was incompetent and rude and uncaring. If you want to know more, feel free to call. I still need medical care." - Harriet
