Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital: "Hello I am very upset with the DR. in the ER for when my dad was in there and I was telling the DR. what was happening and why the EMS was bringing him in. She looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about for she was the same one that I had to deal with when my mom was in back in 2015. I also told her what dad's Doctor wants him to do and more like what he can and can not do and she to my dad that he don't have to do this or that from what Dad's Doctor has been doing for him for 30 years (give or take) and this is even no Oxygen 24/7 and that he can go for long distance rides.. So all in all she was underminding Dad's Doctor and now dad is not once again listening to his main Doctor.. How Dare Her do this with a man of 92 and not at right mind which that is way he was there for he was trying to walk with his walker to the Hospital which is a mile away.. So I Pray that I will never have to take him there again and if he does fall like in high risk fall I will take him some where else.. I am not only his daughter but his POA and been that way for years let alone taking of my mom before she passed.. I am very very very mad and Monday can't get here fast enough so I can talk to his Doctor and hope that he can talk cents into dad again.., for we have been dealing with this for awhile and now we have to start over again.." - Kara
