Northside Hospital Forsyth: "I sat with my 81 year old father for 4 hours in the waiting room while he was in constant pain, including chest pain and shortness of breath. Staff is friendly and competent, but leadership needs to hire an outside source to assess how to make the ER more efficient and effective. " - Amy

Northside Hospital Forsyth: "Our mother is a long time bedridden patient that frequently has gone to Northside Forsyth with uti s, strokes, sepsis and other life threatening causes. Until the passed two weeks we thought this was the best hospital around to take her too and have always been very pleased. Th nurses were great but we are not pleased with either Doctor she had. Our mother is 83 years old. Some might think this is too old for any quality of life. It's our mother and it doesn't matter if she is 183 she is a precious human being who has cared and kept us the family we are today. Did I say she is our mother. She was very sick and tests were run but sent home in a couple of hours and told there was nothing else they could do. Probably Obama care techniques.. She was taken to a nearby hospital because she was so ill. They have run all sorts of tests and admitted her into the hospital. They cannot believe she was sent home twice being this sick. We have been with her overnight as we do not see the results coming out to be a good situation. Demand your family get the care they deserve. I mean they are the ones paying for it. Don't be afraid to speak out. As for me and my family of years and years of going to nsforsyth those days are over because doctors refused to help her one more time. It's sad to think of the others they have failed in the passed. Wake up nsforsyth you have parents that could be in the same situation very soon. I hope they get the care they deserve....we didn't.
