North Baldwin Infirmary: "Arrive at 7 pm on nov 22 2022 my daughter was rush to the er way before i arrived. When i got here the reception who was very nice called the back. They told the reception it will be a very minutes they're setting her up. The I came back to the window stood quitely until someone had an moment to help me at 732pm. At this time a very loud mouth rn with dark brown hair ask the reception what I what. She told her I was waiting to see my daughter. The rude unprofessional loud mouth nurse turned around to me and said can you give me 5 more min. I softly say yes ma'am. And she rn loudly said 5 more min and i said ok yes maam. The receptionist ask me to have an seat and she let me know. I quitely said yes maam and went to sit down. At 740pm they finally called me to the back to check on my daughter. When I arrived to the back the was just giving her, her first breathing treating. No one came back to check on her and its now 8.10 the breathing treatments have runned out and I had to take it off her myself. I can just imagine how the rest of the night will go. All I know is after I a nurse at myself will not tolerate this loud er nurse again tonight . She give nurses like me an bad name and Ive just finish working an 22 hrs shift and if I can still be in nurse mode off the clock she can too on the clock. " - Casonya
