Naples Community Hospital Stories

Naples Community Hospital: "My elderly uncle was admitted to NCH after a bad reaction to a new medication that caused respiratory suppression. Once he was in that hospital they made one error after another in his care, misdiagnosed, over medicated him with high doses of vancomycin and other antibiotics too strong for a man his age and weight damaging his kidneys that caused fluid to build up in his lungs causing pneumonia. Once he had pneumonia, a penalizing condition on the Medicare HRRP list, they intentionally starved him with the intent of ending his life until I threatened media exposure. My uncle died shortly after being discharged from this hospital from stage 5 kidney failure. The antibiotics irreversibly damaged his kidneys. His kidney function was normal at the time of admission and were never an issue for him. NCH is killing the elderly to avoid Medicare Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program penalties." - GJ

Naples Community Hospital: "My wife with multiple existing conditions was dehydrated and needed an IV. It took 30 minutes to see a triage nurse that took her vitals, then sent us back to the waiting room for 2 hours. Now it’s been 30 minutes in an exam room with no one in sight!" - Lipinski
