Mountain View Regional Medical Center Stories

Nov 11, 2022, 12:42 AM
Mountain View Regional Medical Center: "Hospital uses DO's in the ER and traveling professionals/ residents that are not familiar with their patient case load. Some doctors don't have a local office location & rarely specialize regardless of the patient's admitting condition. ER/ bathrooms/common areas and patient rooms are filthy. Food is horrible. Supplies are poorly or not available. The majority of staff are arrogant/hostile/aloof w/o regard to patient care or safety. The main # can ring 10 times without being answered/patient phones often cannot call out/receive calls. HIA are common and rarely reported. Parking lot has few spaces. Communication skills with patients are very poor. The staff are more interested in talking among themselves than attention to patients. NEVER go to this facility, you can get better medical in an urgent care and be happier at a fast-food restaurant. At one time it was a very good facility but not anymore. " - James
