Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "87 year old mother came her by ambulance for chest pains at 11am. They checked some vitals but 9 hours later still no exam room available in ER. This is unacceptable and the numbers stated on ERtime to be seen etc. here aren’t even close." - Will

Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "Aware of patient who is still waiting over 12 hours to see a doctor at Moses Cone. Operator of hospital notes common finding. Unsure if hospital has expected wait time posted in ER waiting room- would recommend if not. Just unfortunate for all but suspect this patient will be hesitant to seek medical care in future since he felt he had to go to ER in first place. " - Amy

Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "2nd trip to Cone ED in the last 10 days. 1st time waited 12 hours…. I had to wait in the car while my adult daughter , tge patient waited tge waiting room. Today, now I’ve been sitting in the car since 1:30 pm. It is now 9:30 PM…. Was told at least 2 more hours. I’m glad she’s not dying…. However gallbladder and fever are nothing to mess with!!! Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "Mother in law went in at 6:00 Yesterday evening by Ambulance for severe Pain in abdomen to point she was crying and bent over, (she has Pancreas issues) as of 10 am today (16 hours!) she still has not been seen.." - Ron

Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "I know this the worst this even been I know when they said 8hr wait that be longer but there people that been since 10am. So that 14hrs+ wait. The Er no one moved for almost 6hrs. They only have taken back one person that because he passed out! This just unreal... wonder how much more before they finally see those whom have been since yesterday now. Do to it's now after 12am. So sad; just sad." - Angry

This is beyond sad!I'm in pain along with so many others and we are placed in the waiting room for all of these hours and no help is provided! A lot of people have left due to the wait. Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital, The: "There has to be a better way to run an emergency room, then to have people in pain sit in a cold waiting room for over 3 and a half hours in the middle of the night waiting to be seen by a doctor. Remodeling did nothing if the speed of service is still unacceptable. Do better Cone!" - AD
