Morton Plant Hospital: "I want to register a complaint with your valet service. I rushed to the hospital this morning due to Shingles diagnosis. The Shingles had progressed into my eye. I was stressed of corse. I drove my vehicle to the entrance and a young man asked if I wanted my car parked. He represented the valet service. I agreed and went into the hospital for care. When I was finished, I met him at the entrance after receiving a text to get my vehicle. He got my key and jumped from not a car and wide open sped up the street to I guess my car. He was reckless with the car he was in. He returned at illegal speed with my car and adruptly stopped. He jumped out and I got in my car with the smell of a hot engine. I proceeded to leave and noticed all my settings were changed in my dash. I have to return doctor’s orders on Thursday. I think it is very concerning that my vehicle may be mistreated. Please address this so that I will have confidence that my vehicle will not be mistreated. Thank you. " - Daniel

Morton Plant Hospital: "The emergency staff is so rude and unprofessional and not follow up Baycare policy to treat patient with respect and dignity, I feel discriminated and disappointed during my daughter visit in emergency when there called security on me just because I was asking questions regarding my daughter condition, I was not rude or aggressive to have security on me just advocate for my daughter since she don’t know much about medical terminology and as self Baycare employee who was recognized as first Daisy nurse I feel very disappointed what kind of care we are providing to ours patients and families." - Bela
