Metrowest Medical Center: "I had a terrible experience at Metro West Fram Hospital. Spent 10 hrs in ER with a broken Femur bone before getting admitted. Had surgery the next day . From then on was neglected by the nurses, they hardly ever answered my buzzer. I was on bed rest for 3 days and unfortunately needed a bed pan , but it took them so long to get to me. I had no food for 3 days. The room was a complete dump with the laundry basket over flowing on the floor. I was in the end room on the 4 th floor, so there was complete neglect. Too many complaints. Even though I was in terrible pain I could not wait to get home. I still have not talk to the Dr that did the surgery, only meet him for a few minutes before surgery. This is all negligence . I will never go back to this hospital for anything. I have been going to Metro West ( Fram Union ) for over 70 yrs " - Linda
