Methodist Stone Oak Hospital: "This facility is similar to other Methodist facilities. The patient and the patients rights do not matter. The staff fail to complete simple patient care such as proper assessments, medication administration, food, water due to being "busy". Simple health care is non essential as the medical team relies heavily on outside resources such as the security team for patient rounding. Discharge care is non existent as the staff will discharge patient's with an IV in place. The facility has no set rules as each charge nurse makes up rules and does as they chose because they know the patient's cannot reach any one in administration. Not recommended. " - Jeanette

Methodist Stone Oak Hospital: "The lobby size is of adequate size to allow people to social distance and be seated while visiting their loved ones. The practice/need for them to sit outside in a very hot environment, subject to allergies help to exasperate people's personal conditions. This is a Poor policy. Hospital leadership need to reconsider and come up with a better utilization plan to provide simple basic comforts to visiting relatives. Our covid-19 management has shown a significant Improvement in creating healthy environments. There is no reason to corral people outside, exposed to allergens,in the Texas heat with vehicles emitting fumes at the main entrance." - Derrick
