Methodist Healthcare Memphis Hospitals: "I have been in ER for 9hrs ten minutes and still waiting just to get platelets. I was placed in a room for 3 1/2 hrs but no platelets given . I arrived @ 2:30 pm and it's now 1:30 am. Claim no orders for platelets. But orders where send over from CC to recieve platelets. I generally have patience and try to understand. There is no 3:44 minute wait. There is room for ER improvement. This is a on going problem when transferred by ambulance or driven here. It's stressful and unbelievable how long of a wait you have when arriving sick." - Marcella
