Mercy Medical Center-Des Moines: "2-5-2021 came in at 7:25 in the evening it is now 12:01 on 2/6/2021 and we are still sitting in the waiting room. My husband has had an X-ray and 2 blood draws but we have not spoken to a nurse since our arrival almost 5 hours ago and we have yet to see a dr or be taken to a room.

I think it’s time for more beds and more drs if a wait time of over 5 hours is as typical as I am being told it is. " - Melissa

Mercy Medical Center-Des Moines: "WENT TO MERCY HOSPITAL AT 1111 6TH AVE JULY 2015 THE triage WAS RUDE DOWN PLAYING THE COMPLAIN AND PAIN EVEN THE PROOF I GAVE THEM THEY WAS ACTING STANDOFFISH TO SUM IT UP RACIST!! I WITNESS THEM HAVE A AFRICAN COUPLE WAITED SO LONG WHILE OTHERS CAME AFTER AND GOT BY! They TRY TO DOWN PLAY MY PROBLEM AT THE END I WAS DIAGNOISE AND I DIDNT GET NO MEDS FOR IT..WITH THE FUSTRATION AND HEADACHE I CAME OUT FERLING WORST THEN WHEN I WENT MERCY HOSPITAL !" - DeeSandra
