Mercy San Juan Medical Center: "I would not recommend this hospital. They don't listen to the patient. They make judgments not on symptoms or facts. They deny care if not wearing a mask even though the patient has been passing out." - M

Mercy San Juan Medical Center: "my son was life flighted to mercy san jaun medical center for a stroke ,yet they waited for three days to which he went they delayed test that were needed let people go before him then they did surgery we were told it went fine but were not allowed to say with him ,they said he had two seizures and no one called us ,the nurse was rude my son was in urinated bedding for two days in a row ,the doctor took his sweet ass time he noted that they weren't seizure it was posturing. they never tried to wake him up ,he opened his eye ,the nurse said he had corna response he pulled away when I pinched him he lifted his leg he cried but the doctor kept brushing it off not charting any of it.Time after time I heard family's say they kept saying the doctor keep giving the worse case scenario, they let these people sleep for days before trying to wake them they didn't even try to wake my son up ,no mri but one before surgery .it seem to me and others that the doctor didn't care and my son was a organ donor ,they were lined up then the remove him from the breathing machine and stopped all treatment and feeding him he starved to death .they just gave him morph.seems to me they on the organ donor business not to help the victims of strokes they make more money selling organs my sons heart was strong he was health " - Toni

Mercy San Juan Medical Center: "ER staff are very bad. He doesn’t have customer services skill or he might discriminate because I am a Vietnamese lady.
I don’t know the name of the the person who is siting in the front door at 12:15am, 8/31/2020. I am just asking him to put my daughter’s wheelchair away from other patient to keep 6 feet apart from each other but he refused and said there is no room. He didn’t even try to look around and resolve the problem. There was only 4 Patients in the ER room at that moment. Did hospital provide basic training for staff to protect patients and protect themself?
I am very disappoint with your staff. On top of that we were waiting more than 4 hours and we are still waiting.
I wish we don't have to come back to this ER." - Lien
