Mercy Medical Center: "I had two multi night stays at Mercy this past month. The first came ten days after I had two stents implanted and was diagnosed with sepsis. My BP had dropped to 90/60 when I arrived at the ER by private transportation. I was seen in the ER in about half an hour before I was admitted. Once I was diagnosed on Day 3, heavy doses of antibiotics helped return my BP to normal and I was released. Two weeks later I was back with an uncontrolled nose bleed, likely aided by blood thinners for the stents. This time I remained in the ER for several hours before the staff realized I would need to be admitted. A "balloon" was placed in my nostrils and remained there for the next four days after which I was released. The care was attentive and professional. While I hope I don't have to return any time soon, if I do I am thoroughly confident in the care I would receive." - Frank
