Mercy Medical Center: "my mother was in the emergency room last night for around 12 hours. about 8 hours in she went to check on her status ( again like she did numerous times) the one woman was rude and told her they called for her and took her name off the register. They didn't call for my mom. And for a staff member to say "they don't pay me enough to that" when she asked a question is ridiculous . If you don't get paid enough then maybe you don't do your job or need to find another one. To talk that way to a 64 year old lady the way she did... I want something addressed. " - reshall

Mercy Medical Center: "Me and my fiance went to stat care before coming here waited a hour. Came straight here because the doctor sent the reports over to mercy ER. We arrived at mercy at 11 am it is now 530 and we are still stuck here. We waited in the main room for 1.5 hours then we were taken to a room. Then from that room we were moved to another waiting room. We are in a room and about ever 40 mins some shows up. Hood news is it soundsike we might be going however... They found nothing wrong with her. And they ran a CT scan... She is now in years cause of the pain and the amount of money we just waisted not to mention we have been here all freaking day. And now that it it going on 6 o'clock we can not get a second opinion. We do not visit the hospital often in fact never. I can say we will never be back. We would rather deal with the pain. I actually heard a lot of people say that today. This is unbelievable how is this considered a emergency room? More like a jail. Once they stick you with a IV your stuck no matter what. Most people do not read comments especially the people running the show. But if they do... Who ever is in charge of the so called emergency room at mercy needs to be fired. Or make them come in for sever stomach pain. 8 hours and no answers.. oh wait yeah she has to poop in a box at home then bring it back then wait for the results that will get sent to someone else. Unreal. How is this ok? " - Matthew
