Mercy Hospital St Louis: "I was in the ER last night. It was PACKED! I waited for 6 hours and they said it could be several more hours when I could be seen. I had to leave. I couldn’t stand it any more and I am really sick, worse today then yesterday and I can’t even get treatment at a hospital. I was expecting to get admitted but I couldn’t get past that awful waiting room to hell. I don’t know what to do, go to a different hospital?" - Carol

Mercy Hospital St Louis: "Somehow my comment got sent before I was finished. The staff and doctors do not introduce themselves and do not write names and occupation or title on the boards in ER. They didnt hook up all of the monitoring devices in ER and later upon reading my medical notes stated that I refused them due to my discomfort. That DID NOT HAPPEN. There were in fact numerous accounts in my medical notes and records where they stated things that were not true or did not happen. On my last 2 visits I cannot even begin to explain how terribly I was treated and spoken to and lied about. It is sad and hurtful and now on my medical records and totally false and I cannot understand any reason for that type of behavior. I have charges for medications and things that I was not given. I have listed medical conditions as if I told them to the staff which I neither actually have not did I ever claim to. They state amphetamine abuse and make me out to look like a drug user when I have diagnosed combined type ADHD and have been prescribed Adderall legally by my physician for many many years. They claimed to find alcohol in my room after I made a joke to a nurse that was horrible at trying to draw blood that I would of drank some vodka had I known she was gonna hurt me that badly. I guess she didn't like my joke and they literally they found alcohol in my room which NEVER happened. I could keep going on for a heck of a ot longer but hopefully said enough to save anyone else from the horrible careless and rude staff and professionals supposedly and this hospital that in my opinion should be fined sued shut down and never allowed to risk another person's life with their absence of give a darn about their patience. Mercy Hospital St Louis: "MERCY SOUTH/ST ANTHONYS on Tesson Ferry Road is the ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL WITH THE MOST AWFUL STAFF AND NURSES AND DOCTORS. They literally DO NOT CARE about anyone or anything. They are rude, they are off Standish, they talk about you loudly and DO NOT SPEAK TRUTHFULLY or repeat what you said even close to how you actually said things. They lie lie lie in their medical notes and add on things not actually done and medications NOT actually given to you. They lose labs and forget you in rooms for hours without a call button. They make a patient out to be someone they are not at all. They do not inform you of anything and act as if you are dumb and do not listen to you at all nor do they give the proper care for the things that you have come to the ER or hospital for. The staff acts like it is them against you and they have zero compassion or bedside manner. They will let you sit with life threatening illness or infections and literally act S if you are " - AJB
