Mercy Medical Center: "I'm rather sure I broke my ankle today. I came the ER in Rogers Mercy center to be taken care of. I was made to wait 2 hours in the waiting room because I'm not as important or have a "less serious condition" than the other patients. I do not appreciate being made to feel less of; just because.
