St Edward Mercy Medical Center: "I meet my daughter there on 3/19/2017 meet her at 12:45pm today, there where 15 people that come in after her and they where seen before here, so, around 4:10pm I walked up to window and simple asked a question, when is my daughter going to get seen she was here before the 15 people that come in after her. Her response was she has been here 3 hours and 9 minutes and the longest patient has been here 3 hours and 39 minutes. This is not a good answer, besides this I was in there about 2 months ago, I am a carrier of kidney and stones and I was hurting very bad, and she told me that we can't just give pain pills out. That is not what I was there for to start with, so, this being said, this is not right that my daughter can sit there and means to know she just had tuble surgery done on the 2/27/2017, but since here blood work was good they just skip over her. How is this fair and why does it take so long?" - Rhonda
