O U Medical Center: "My comment is ou medical center doesn't do very well on the phone listening to the recording like a waste of time, talking about the operators they either can't spell or they can't hear but they can hang up on the person trying to get information on a patient sitting in the er waiting for a room for over 12hrs what service I imagine they expect to be paid for it sitting in the emergency room waiting for the room, I've seen enough to make myself never ever be taken to ou medical center I've got better opinions then a failing business " - Edward

Saint Francis Hospital: "This hospital is never a 2 hr 40 min wait. It's more like 10-12 hours. They give you an IV and fluids and send you back out in the waiting area with it.. it's an all day thing, no matter how small or big your emergency is. If you're sick, like coughing, sore throat.. go to the urgent care and leave the ER to true emergencies. " - Jennifer

Oklahoma Spine Hospital: "I had surgery on November 23, 2023, to remove hardware from my spinal fusion I had 1 1/2 years ago. Dr. Ododr was my surgeon, and I agree with the many positive reviews about him. My complaint is about the spine hospital. I was put in a room without air conditioning when the outside temperature was over 80 degrees. I asked to have them turn it down when the thermostat showed 80 degrees in my room. The aid turned it down, but it never kicked on. After asking her why this room wasn't airconditioned, she stated that some rooms have this problem. I then asked the night nurse about a fan. She brought in a brand new fan, which I had to help put together. The fan helped a little. I also was given an ice machine to put on my back. Upon leaving the hospital the next day, the aide asked if I was going to take these items. I said, "No, I didn't need them since I had an ice machine and plenty of fans." I'm certain I was still charged for these items without any comment that I would be charged anyway. Patients need to be informed if they are going to be charged for these types of things. Also, it is unacceptable to not have air conditioning without a valid explanation. I hope this complaint is read and taken into consideration." - Cynthia
