Mercy Hlth Sys Corp: "The overbooking of patients is ridiculous! When you can only make a appointment a week and a half out and you come and sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes to a hour something is wrong! Or if you need to be seen for non serious or no emergency they push you into going to urgent care because your primary physician is not available for three days! This is not isolated and very much real! So the survey's are bogus just like JD power is to the Auto Industry! All about the Money and Billboards!" - Richard
