Memorial Mission Hospital And Asheville Surgery Ce: "On 10/30/14 my 94 year old mother was taken to the ER with a broken pelvis and a broken wrist. After 5 hours in the waiting room, sitting in a wheel chair and in extreme pain, she was taken to an exam room. While there, I requested assistance from the staff to aid her with urinating. After much delay, the RN and CNA responded. After 2 or 3 hours later, she needed to urinate again. After requesting assistance a second time, the staff chose not respond to my request and allowed her to "wet the bed". They didn't even bother to change her bedding. Approximately twelve hours after arriving at the ER, she was admitted to a room. . .still lying in her own urine. I would NOT recommend Mission ER to anyone unless no other option is available.
