Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital: "This is the worst ER I’ve ever been to the staff is rude and disrespectful they treat patients with anger and ugliness. I heard them mistreat a young girl who was alone she yelled for her parents and they didn’t call them instead they restrained her gave her meds and she was out shaking and no one gave her a blanket the sitters at her door made mean comments and laughed. I wish I knew her name to look for her family and tell them what I heard and saw. Something has to be done about this place " - Mitsy
