Hallmark Health System: "Try to get a referral to a doctor that is approved provider on my insurance, but they wont approve anyone out side their Hallmark Health System. Amazing I'm the customer I pay the $750 per month out of my pocket and they are the provider allowed to hold me hostage. Well you win I will just change to a primary doctor outside of Hallmark Health so you just lose another insured head. Hope it was worth it!!! " - Dan
