Medical City Las Colinas Stories

Las Colinas Medical Center: "Over the years, myself or a family member have been to the ER at LC MC six different times with emergencies of various severity and only once was admitted. The other times we were never triaged and just sat in the ER waiting area bleeding or screaming in pain until we couldn't wait any longer.
One time we sat there for 8 hours. Most recently, my wife had a bile stone and was in a life threatening condition. She was never seen. We ended up leaving and going to UT Southwestern where she had immediate surgery. I keep trying to use the ER there because it is so close to my house, but never again."
