Medical Center Barbour: "MCB is over priced for the quality it gives and is always understaffed during the holidays. A friend of mine went in on Christmas day and their radiology staff was so short handed they had another friend dawn a lead jacket to help with xrays. When I was there for a stroke they had no rehab person because it was Thanksgiving day.
I should have known it was a lackluster hospital because it is owned by Southeast medical out of Dothan, Al which I have never heard anything favorable about S.E. medical.
My stay was 28,000 for four days and they did nothing but give terrible food. However, the floor nurses were wonderful. There is a saying; "if you can't do it right then don't do it all".
They need to be bought out by a competent medical corp. " - Steve
