    Mecosta County Medical Center: "Filthy conditions. Vomit on the floor and an unsanitized stained steel roller cart in the room with liquid and suture remains left in the room. Would not recommend this for anyone's er visit. I left without after a brief period of getting over how filthy and septic the room was and departed without authorization and went to the ER in Reed city. " - Walt
