Mclaren Bay Region: "Every time my fiancé seeks help at the emergency department at Bay Mclaren Bay Regional he leaves and has to go to another hospital to be treated because the hospital never manages his pain! 5/18/2021 the woman at the front desk violated my fiancé’s HIPPA rights 3 times before he was seen. The staff before seeing my fiancé concluded that what his diagnosis was and spoke aloud his medical Diagnosis is a waiting area multiple times!!! Besides labeling my fiancé they stereotyped him as something he is not and I have filed a complaint with health and human services in full detail!!! it is ridiculous that professionals are not upholding the law at Mclaren bay regional. This was not the first time I caught the violation but it was the last straw and we will travel to another city than go to a hospital that leaks information and judges the patient upon arrival!!!!" - Sophia
