Weeks Medical Center: "A great hellspital!!!!

I am a retired social worker and gaurdian/power of attorney for ..... . From February 26, 2020 to March 16 the person I represent was put in the hospital for an illegal Emergency Involuntary Admittance and he had all of his civil rights violated for over 3 and a half weeks without seeing a lawyer or a judge. Legally, they are only suppose to hold someone for 24 hours without seeing a lawyer and 72 hours without seeing a judge. Also, by law, any hospital cannot hold someone against their will for no more than 10 days. He knew he was drugged and poisoned and asked for a rape kit and they denied him that, plus they embarrassed him by making him poop, pee or shower in front of a guard and a nurse, at all times. They also held him for a hernia they never repaired and told him he has 3 to 6 months to live because he has stage 4-5 Bowen's disease (skin cancer), which is caused by long-term arsenic poisoning. They told him that they couldn't help him due to that and still held him against his will for 3 1/2 weeks. The staff also spoke of him and his case so loud that he could hear in the distant room, plus they did the same to others who were patients there for the same reasons as he was. Weeks hospital made his life hell, with no due process and violated HIPPA multiple times. They were also trying to create a reason to hold him after finding out my client was right then sent him to NH Hospitals they cleared him in less than 24 hours. They also committed medicare fraud with this matter when NH Hospitals found no record of where he was held and he got billed for second occurrence after he was sent there. If their hold on him was legit, it would have been considered a continuation of the 1st occurance when there was never a first occurance, except for Weeks hospital. NH hospitals cleared him before he saw his appointed lawyer and sent him home and told him to sue them all and go after the criminal aspects as well. They really are a special kind of place. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND WE PRAY FOR THE OTHERS AS WELL. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services, and from my professional experience this is a term we call "pencil whipping", where staff will wrongfully document things to cover up their wrong doings against their clients and mishandlings or mistreatments, and even illegal activities such as these types of events. Staff will do this to cover their own ass!!

Elliot Hospital: "My mom has serious injuries. I showed up in the ER and had to basically take care of her myself. I personally don’t care about doing that. I have a broken wrist and could have used more help. Saw a lot of the staff on their phones rather than doing the jobs they are paid for. Last time ever going to that place. When I called after I left to check on her I was treated poorly by the woman that answered the phone. Disgusting " - Todd

Concord Hospital: "I have been to the ER twice over the past month and both times I was treated far quicker then at a different ER in NH. In addition I found the nurses and doctors to be kind and compassionate. My experience with Concord hospital has been top notch and I am so grateful. " - Elise

Catholic Medical Center: "The doctors and staff here were nothing more than pleasant and highly competent. They did all the necessary testing immediately for my condition and got me the necessary care and follow up that I needed. I didn't notice any uncleanliness or bad service. I recommend this hospital to everyone I know and always will.

Thank you so much for your excellent demeanor and service, you are all so greatly appreciated!

Elliot Hospital: "I cannot stress enough how much I think patients and their families should decline to be in the care of Dr. Zheng. She is arrogant, dismissive, rude, and stated that she does not talk to patient’s families and/or their spouses as part of her practice.
My mother is in the ICU with cardiac issues, and we are moving her as soon as we can!"
