Mary Black Memorial Hospital: "Went in in April for outpatient procedure scheduled and routine.Doctor and nursing staff were wonderful .It was the Billing department wanting money before even being admitted by telling you your insurance doesn't cover all costs, later to find out my insurance covered ALL costs. Then you're in for trouble getting your refund or even a callback.Dont pay them anything before the job is done or you will probably be disappointed like I am.I think they are better at chasing money than giving any back." - Robert
