Loma Linda University Medical Center: "This place is ridiculous, girlfriend was given tordal, is moaning in pain, saying it's getting worse. Ask the nurse what's going on, she said is the tordail not working, duh obviously not. Said she couldn't do anything till the doctor read CT scan. Still moaning in pain, nurses walking by won't even look your way but continue joking with other staff. 5 hours in and medical help. So doctors don't provide case unless your brought in medivac, change your name to urgent care, shouldn't be a trauma center. You suck as a nurses and doctors. Treating people like cattle isn't medical care" - DM

Loma Linda University Medical Center: "Brought my 66 year old husband to Loma Linda ER for covid related lung issues, green mucus, fever, breathing issues. He was asked to wait outside with no blanket, windy and dropping temperatures. In 4 hours only a covid test has been taken and still standing in the cold wind with no results, no doctor, no update. He has been trialed twice and the second time they didn't realized they had already done this. Still waiting - outside in the dark and cold.. ." - Margaret

Loma Linda University Medical Center: "I still am in the hospital and this has been my absolute worst experience ever. I barely just got what they call blue bed which is a very uncomfortable bed in the hall of the er. And waited 37 hours just to get that. A dr. only came to speak to me once and every thing he told me was complete fairytale or just a lie. Every student that talk to me had no clue anything that was in my file. I had to explain what was wrong with the my hand even though it was completely apparent if you just opened your eyes. I don't understand why they would make the patients have to explain themselves over and over again when we are not the students. If the student wanted to learn something about the patients open the file and read then ask questions don't just look at labs. Every patient is not a closed book case. And the er is so messed up. 24 hours of waiting is expected to wait on the most uncomfortable chairs. Then when brought in to consult with a dr. And receive some antibiotics you sat in another small room with fold up hard plastic chairs. With cloth dividers that gave no privacy. After the consult was over 4 hours later your sat back in the lobby. My entire experience was horrific and every employee, nurse and even dr literally expressed how they hated the new emergency room." - Jennifer

Loma Linda University Medical Center: "Staff is polite, but there is not enough room in ER to handle the incoming patients and keep them comfortable, this place should have expanded years ago.your California government officials don't give a damn about the people they are supposed to represent, screw Pelosi these Hospitals need the money first not the unions, pensions, and special arts bullshit," - Mary

Loma Linda University Medical Center: "Woefully inadequate health care at the Loma Linda Hospital ER. I needed stitches for a significant dog bite on my upper lip. They had no rooms available and after waiting over 4 hours, I was placed in what looked to be a storage area or closet. The room was very small and had a broken down foldable bed that wouldn't stay flat unless the patient was pushing down on it. The head area kept wanting to lift back up, There was poor lighting in the grubby room, so the resident pulled out her cell phone and turned on the flashlight app to provide light for the doctor as he stitched up my lip. The Lidocaine hadn't even taken full effect at the time the doctor started stitching my lip and it hurt a lot. The room was in need of a good cleaning and was not a sterile environment. Who gives a patient stitches, especially on the face, using a dilapidated, broken bed and a cell phone to provide light for the doctor? The woman collecting insurance information came around with a computer on a tall cart. My private information was compromised, since anyone seated near me or walking by (and there were a lot) could see everything, including the last 4 numbers of my social security number. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER LOMA LINDA ER!!" - Carla
