Lexington Medical Center: "This hospital is a fucking joke . It claims to be one of the best but it's standards are as average as a hospital from the damn 80s. To be sitting in the emergency room for 6 hours to never be seen with chest pains possible heart attack is ridiculous. This sorry ass facility could care less if you died. I wouldn't recommend this garbage ass hospital to anyone sad that Richland's little ol hospital is way quicker they need to level Lexington hospital and put a damn McDonald's there bc you'll get better service fuck you Lexington county hospital y'all trash of the state..." - Phillip

Lexington Medical Center: "Even before the wait time was ridiculous. My daughter got here a little after 10:00 p.m. here it is 2:51 a.m. still waiting on a CT scan. Over heard nurses talking saying “she can leave if she wants to. So much for supporting the troops (she’s active duty)she could have something seriously wrong and were waiting still" - Shirley

Lexington Medical Center: "I know that there is a covid 19 pandemic at hand however, I brought my aunt here at 10:30am and I'm currently still sitting outside in my car at 10pm waiting on her. She wasn't taken back until 4:30pm and wasn't seen by a doctor until 6pm. From 6pm to 10pm the doctor has came in once to say that they were looking at her xrays. It's been 2 and a half hours and no one has came in her room to check on her. She calls me and says she has to use the restroom but can't reach the call button that's on the floor. So I have to call the emergency room to have a nurse go check on her. This is absolutely ridiculous. She has a serious infection in the sutures that another doctor gave her while she was here 3 days ago. During her initial visit the doctor didn't do all the xrays that was supposed to be done and just sent her on her way with a broken ankle on one side and at least 70 stitches in her knee on the other side so it's not like she can just walk out of there and its not like I can just walk in. Lexington Medical Center: "The process to create your patient portal is endless! It’s not user friendly. I think there is room for improvement. In this world, we don’t need 18 characters and passwords with case sensitive letters and numbers! Really! Make the process seamless. Prisma is user friendly. " - Jackie

Lexington Medical Center: "There is nothing more annoying than waiting hours and hours for a a medical
Issue. Only to have 3 people jump ahead (even though they arrived after I signed in). I am experiencing a major medical issue. The staff is slow here. I am originally from Florida. Much better ER wait times there. We are now going on 3 1/2 hours. Regret I made the 25 miles trip to come to this ER. Lexington Medical Center is awful. Don’t waste the time coming here. "
