Lansdale Hospital: "Came to er today with my daughter. She is complaining of severe kidney pain. Waited and waited, with no one in waiting room. Finally brought back, took forever for someone to come in . Assigned the worst nurse I have ever seen. When you are in pain you are not interested in her excuses. She had tests and pain meds. The pain came back and we called for help. No one came, she pushed the call button at least 6 times no response. I finally went to the desk, still nothi g. Finally I stopped another doctor and he went and got someone. Her nurses excuse was she was hanging blood and couldn't leave. Poor excuse get someone else. When I walked down the hall. I was chased away by some security card. Really- are you kidding. Worst experience ever. By the way we are still here almost 3 hours later. You will get 0 stars as a rating.

Lansdale Hospital: "On Wednesday October 28th, 2015 I rushed myself to the emergency room in full blown asthmatic discomfort. I was greeted by patient services; not the friendliest. Later the triage nurse who then escorted me to the emergency room where the staff was impeccable. Albeit however, Dr. Penner was probably the amazingly, caring and compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Awesome bedside manners, medication knowledge, and well informed in medicine. Dr. Penner is truly an asset! I truly appreciated your time and wisdom. I felt safe and well informed and reassured upon my discharge. This type of service goes along way!

Thank you Gary Penner for your kindness, but mostly the time you gave.
