Lahey Clinic Hospital: "08/09:2022 Have been waiting with my daughter for over 5 hours in ER waiting area. She is experiencing extreme pain abdominal pain. She cannot stand up. Check in girl is the rudest excuse for a human being. She was proud to inform us the same information 4 times even though I told her I understood it the first time. She said it 3 more times and smirked. I’ve herd 3 other patients complaining of her behavior. Unfortunately at 9:40 pm I don’t have any other options. " - C
