Kingman Regional Medical Center: "To Kingman Regional Medical Center, I am a new patient at your infusion facility. Today I had an appointment at 3:30 we were early and just waiting on our turn. Another couple came in about 15 minutes after us. Right away the man approached the window and asked the nurse how long they were going to have to wait. The nurse told him it would be just a bit as they were getting all the information and a list of medications that the lady was on. This man who was no gentleman kept on telling the nurse at the desk how much longer. This went on for quite a while. Finally they called them back ahead of us who had been there for way longer than them. After they were in the back this man continued to get more aggressive with the nurses. Telling them that because they were taking to long and they were unprofessional and on and on. He was not quite as everyone in there could hear him rant and rave. Being former law enforcement I was just waiting to engage with this person if nessary. I want this hospital to know what professionalism these ladies had even when they had every right to tell this guy to leave. These ladies held their tempers when I personally wanted to kick this guys butt. I’m not sure of these ladies last names but I do know Cody and Abi and Ronda. These ladies need a big thank you from this hospital for the professionalism that they showed today. They did their best to try and help these patients who were so ignorant to them and they did their jobs above and beyond what they should have to endure. From what I seen and heard today I believe that these ladies should get some type of recognition for what they had to endure. These are the kind of people that you want working for your organization. I’m glad I got to see and hear how they were with a very difficult and challenging situation. Sincerely Mike Reidle" - Mike

Kingman Regional Medical Center: "They need to be reported for how they treat black people. They treated me as garbage, as if I was there for drugs. I’ve had several back surgeries and I’m a doctor myself; I didn’t mention that to them for it’s irrelevant. Their doc was arrogant, he didn’t like the fact I suggested a CT Scan rather than X-rays. Anyone knows that! I won’t be returning and will file complaints wherever I can! The desk help isn’t any better either, they need to learn customer service! The nurses were however very good." - Anonymous

Kingman Regional Medical Center: "My visit to the er is horrible I've been here for 3 hours I have been examined by a doctor for a hernia they have ran no test on me my pain level is and was very high so doctors decided to stab me in the shoulder in the muscle with morphine and lay me not flat but at a decline which did not help with the hernia but gave me a headache now the doctor said to just take 3 different kind of pain killers after I told him I did not want to eat so many pills every day and that it was upsetting my stomach his reply was "do you need an anti nausea medicine" I'm getting ready to just leave the hospital this has not been a good visit or much of any help I'm pretty upset about the whole experience. We have had more people walking in for supply than people to actually help. " - Greg
