Kershaw Health: "1/7/17 took 6 yr old granddaughter to Kershaw Health ER because Elgin Urgent Care was closed, which is usually open. Signed in at 823 am, she was weighed and taken to ER. At 905am I asked where the doctor was. Was told only 1 doctor and he was with an emergency. When we went in there was no one waiting. At 920 I asked again, told the same. She had earache and sore throat. It would have taken him 5 mins to see her. I got mad and left. Elgin Urgent Care put sign on door closed due to bad weather. No freezing rain or snow at that time. LIve 2 miles from Elgin URgent Care. Wasted trip. NOw home with sick grandchild." - Barbara
