Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "Arrived ER 4am. Now 730am. Two patients been here longer than I have been. No movememt by hospital staff. Statement made only 1 provider on overnight shifts. Beyond poor health care service" - Terry

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "I waited 3 hours had to leave because I had to catch 2 busses home and it was Sunday. I left work early and went to Kenmore mercy emergency room, very ill. Rashes were popping up and I have several medical issues. Was never seen,busses were going to stop running I would have been stuck. The nurses at the counter that take your name and insurance roll their eyes at you,very rude,only nice to certain people. Talked over me and cut me off several times while trying to explain what was going on. The lady that called me in to take my blood pressure she had really short hair. But she was very nice and let me talk. Other 3 at front desk kinda sat there or just walked around. That's ridiculous. " - Andrea

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "took my son in for chest pain, racing heart, passing out pain in left arm and wrist shortness of breath, did paper work went in the took BP and O2 the a quick ekg then sent to waiting room.no one else in waiting room, it's now filling up and still waiting to see a doctor after 5 hours, hope something happens soon my son is in pain, never should have come here" - EDWARD

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "Waiting in the ER . Upon arrival the check in person was absolutely unconcerned of the level of pain I was in. Never offered a wheelchair for an injury which required one until I asked. Made me stand to sign paperwork when I could no longer. I have checked the online wait times throughout the three hour time frame which I have been here. The times never change. The check in/ registration individual is more concerned about what is on the television stations than being accommodating or assisting other patients. Laughing and joking with security while changing channels. ER is filling and people are going nowhere fast. Shameful the behavior of wait room staff. Checked in, registered and waiting three hours now and counting." - Marcia

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "This hospital will leave you sitting in the ER intake there's elderly people in here that look like there ready to die the one man asked for a drink of water and was told when I get a chance in a tone of voice that was unprofessional I don't recommend anyone to waste there time here you wait 5 hrs too be sent home the same way u came in worst hospital in the area do yourself a favor and go to degraff or mercy hospital where your health actually matters!!!!" - Anthony

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "I am very displeased with how the staff were not ACTIVE listening to patients. I was in pain for an hour and a half due to circumstances beyond my control. I was then past my breakthrough pain,and the medicine had little to no effect. To make matters worse, I had no clue how to gauge my pain after that, since the pain management was not adhered to. My experience has been pretty rough so far. " - Jessica

Kenmore Mercy Hospital: "Sat in wait room for ER while wife was in with her father for almost 3 hrs. Some other guy assaulted the check in desk and I have the security a physical description of the individual to report to the police about an hour and a half in. Then after about 3 hours of waiting another security guy tells me I have to leave and can’t wait there. Thanks for nothing useless rent a cop security so I can wait ina cold car when there is virtually nobody else in the waiting area. B!S!" - Ron
