Kell West Regional Hospital: "My son came in with sore throat swollen lymph nodes, drainage fever. We were qauritined no bathroom. I was stuck in a small room for over 2.5 hours with a sick 16 year old. Was told it would take 1 hr for the results of covid flu and strep And still no word on what is going on. They aren't that busy. The doctor has no bedside manner he was more concerned with if my son ever vaped. Did not explain or ask me any questions other than does he vape.. really he is sick not HOOKED ON A VAPE. I WANT OUT OF HERE NEVER WILL I COME OR SUGGEST SOMEONE COME HERE AGAIN!!! THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS HOSPITAL THAT WAS NICE WAS THE FRONT DESK LADY IN ADMISSIONS. RUDE JUDGEMENTAL AND UNKIND." - Amanda
