Kaiser Foundation Hospital-Santa Clara: "It took 12 hours and 20 minutes from check in to being released. I had to sit in a hard wheelchair for nearly all of the time. That's my new definition of hell. " - EUGENE

Kaiser Foundation Hospital-Santa Clara: "Traveling when my wife experienced severe chest pains. Went immediately to the nearest Urgent Care facility. Did an EKG. The doctor suggested going to an ER for a follow up exam. Drove two hours home so we could go to our Kaiser facility. Got there at about 6pm. Because of crowded conditions I wasn’t allowed to wait with her in the ER waiting room and was told to wait “outside.” She was able to get some tests done after about 4 hours. It is now 4:30 am and she is still waiting to see a doctor to explain to her the tests results and what she should do next. She is still experiencing some of her abnormal symptoms and hasn’t eaten since lunch. " - Dan
