Kaiser Foundation Hospital Fontana: "My family and I have been coming for years. Seems the ER wait time has doubled over the years. No reason a simple case of streptococcus should warrant Just under 6 hours of waiting." - William

Kaiser Foundation Hospital Fontana: "The waiting I've encountered twice in this ER is over 6 hour in the lobby.

This last time was 8.14.2023 I arrived around 2:15 pm and it is now 9:21pm and still in the lobby. Shame on this hospital for doing this to an elderly woman of 80+ years of age."

Kaiser Foundation Hospital Fontana: "I use to be a proud member of Kiaser Fontana until my son was admitted there as a patient. I had to call member services on several nurses because he was not keep clean, he would be laying in the bed completely uncomfortable and he has once laid in poop for over 30 min. Now the physical therapy is refusing to see him even though his doctor is putting in the order and fighting on his behalf. Now that he can talk he is asking can he get out of bed, can I set in a chair but is being told no because physical therapy had to get him out. I asked could I be apart of his therapy through video chat and the few times I was my son done better. The therapist said big improvement few days later they stopped services. Now my son lays in his bed asking to be able to get out the bed falling into depression because he can't see his mom and now being denied services by PHYSICAL THERAPY! Occasionally and Speech Therapy has not given up on him just PHYSICAL THERAPY! What is a mother to do?" - Katherine
