Howard County General Hospital: "My wife is crying while having chest pains and shortness of breath. We have been sitting in the ER waiting room for six and a half hours. It took them an hour and a half just to get her triage. Another hour and a half after asking three nurses finally medication to stop her from throwing up and to deal with the pain so she would stop crying and hyperventilating causing her to vomit. And because I asked them about her care and the receptionist got an attitude then I told her to stop watching Law & Order and do her job they had me removed from the ER. The nurse literally told me that my wife got skipped because there was three people with the same last name. After speaking with security they let me back in because I had already been inside for 3 hours trying to keep my wife comfortable which they had no intention of doing.. how can you sit there and watch somebody cry in pain and do absolutely nothing same nurse seen me and called the police to have them remove me. Even the security guard said it was wrong what they were doing to me even the cop said it was wrong but they can ask me to leave because it's a private business. Secretary on a power trip. The sign on the door says that one adult patient can have somebody with them. They told me that did not apply because I had already had a altercation with the secretary on a power trip. Which all comes from her not doing her job. I asked for the security guard and the cops information they would not give it to me the cop gave me his name and badge number and the report number is there anything I can do about this. I'm sitting in the car right now worried sick. Which is not good for me because I'm a chronic pain patient" - Michael

Howard County General Hospital: "Was in the ER waiting room on 1/3/16 from 4:30 to 11:30 pm when I ask how much longer before I could get a diagnosis I was told another 2 to three three hours! Today 1/4/16 I came back at 4:30 pm. I am still here at 8:45 pm waiting to hear what needs to be done to help me to get rid of breathing, sinus, and coughing issues. Was told that they have had someone her for more than 10 hours wait to hear about what is wrong with them.
