Jackson-Madison County General Hospital: "Husband saw wound doctor this AM, was sent to hospital to admit through ED. Have been triaged and sitting in waiting room since 1:30 and it's 5PM. Spoke with PCT at desk and was told there just isn't any room for him at this time. Others have complained today of up to 8 hours wait. " - Tanis

Jackson-Madison County General Hospital: "They should change the name to Death Trap General Hospital. My mother got a blood infection there from being dehydrated and picked up the infection from an IV according to the dr. She went back on 2 other occasions and continued to get worse and died a few days later. Granted she had other medical issues but they shouldn't have killed her. Got no answers on what all was wrong as she continued to decline. Should have taken her to Vanderbilt. The nursing staff was nice but that doesn't help much." - Janet

Jackson-Madison County General Hospital: "I’m Mother entered the emergency room on Oct. 5 . She was Covid positive so I could not come in with her. Your organization admits to loosing her dentures after a month long investigation but have yet to make this right. My mother died on Oct. 31 with her face sunk in and eating purée food. I have never seen a elderly person treated so inhumanly as my 83 year old Mother. Now your facality has refused to return my calls. No excuse! " - Debbie

Jackson-Madison County General Hospital: "This is the only place to go if you want to die. We were lied to over and over by heartless doctors and nurses. We could have saved my Grandmother by getting her to another institution but the staff made this impossible. Death Hole. Beware!!!" - Briarcountry
