Inova Fairfax Hospital: "Not sure if this gets to the proper department but here's my experience today 6/5/2019.
To start off, the "Green Garage" parking was completely full after 20+ minutes of traversing the levels, resulting in a 30 minute tardy appointment. Registration personnel were very kind, Abe was the BEST! He came right up to me in the waiting room and asked if I'd been helped. He also approached others with a very kind mannerism to help move things along. He proceeded to take me to the CT dept where I waited for pre CT scan instructions.
JOCK(sp?) was just awesome. He really seemed to enjoy his job, and treated me with great care as he explained everything ahead of time and continued checking on me as I went through the protocol of the CT scan prep. The other rad tech, Cary, was equally friendly, professional, and efficient! This team had an excellent working rapport and helped to make my pre-nervous jitters fade. Both Jock and Cary should be recognized for their superb patient care and handling during the entire process!
