Methodist Stone Oak Hospital: "The lobby size is of adequate size to allow people to social distance and be seated while visiting their loved ones. The practice/need for them to sit outside in a very hot environment, subject to allergies help to exasperate people's personal conditions. This is a Poor policy. Hospital leadership need to reconsider and come up with a better utilization plan to provide simple basic comforts to visiting relatives. Our covid-19 management has shown a significant Improvement in creating healthy environments. There is no reason to corral people outside, exposed to allergens,in the Texas heat with vehicles emitting fumes at the main entrance." - Derrick

Lake Granbury Medical Center: "Lake Granbury Medical Center is the poorest excuse for a hospital. My mom went for a routine knee surgery. Things went downhill fast. Having my mom just lay there with her oxygen in the low 80’s and not putting her on oxygen, having her so doped up and hallucinating. Nothing getting done until my daughter gets there like you guys just leave her in the bed to die and now we get told, by the doctor, that her excess pain is because she has a broken femur due to him and nothing is in her records about that. The physical therapist couldn’t believe that he didn’t know about that either. Everything about your hospital sucks I wouldn’t even bring a dead dog to you guys" - Roisue
